[mrtg] 14all

I'm trying to setup 14all to generate the mrtg graphs as they are requested 
instead of every 5 minutes, because it's taking a bit chunk of the CPU to 
run 40 graphs every 5minutes.

Per the instructions on this page:

I'm supposed to:

2. tell mrtg to use rrdtool instead of rateup

How do I tell MRTG that?
