[mrtg] Threshold Checking

I was wondering if there was a way to only have a threshold reported (e-mail
notification) ONCE while it is over the max or under the min. If you setup the
ThresholdMaxOK, does this prevent it from being broadcasted that the threshold
has been broken until it is OK again? Thanks.
