Thank you for your response.  David Kelly had replied to me just a minute
ago and that seems to have resolved my problem.  I have implemented it now
and will keep monitoring.  Thanks to all for the help, and thank you Peter
for the great tool that will run under NT :)

Replace c:\perl\perl.exe by whatever the pathname to perl is on your
machine.
