[mrtg] No Response Received

Hello,

	When I attempt to access my cisco 4700 router (currently hosting three T-1's
and a DS-3.) I get NO RESPONSE RECEIVED, now I know the memory and IOS on
this router was upgraded.  Does SNMP have to be re-enabled for read-access 
(hint,
it was working before the HSSI card was added)...
