[mrtg] Problems configuring mrtg-ping-probe Release_2_0_1

Hi,

I would like to test the mrtg-ping-probe, but it seems I am making
something wrong:


The following command :
D:\perl\bin\perl d:\programme\mrtgroot\bin\mrtg d:\programme\mrtgroot\cfgs\mrtgping.cfg 2>>d:\programme\mrtgroot\cfgs\mrtg-errors.log

The following error:
ERROR: Target[rlb-router3_ping] eval warning: Unrecognized character \264 at (eval 6) line 1.

The following cfg-file :

PS: I am running Winnt4  german, I have used ping.exe from win98 german,
and have copied only the
mrtg-ping-probe into the mrtg\bin-directory.

Any samples for winnt or suggestions what could be wrong would be
appreciated.
