[mrtg] Perl56.dll - RunPerl could not be found

After installing Perl  in a Windows NT 4.0 sp6a (
ActivePerl-5.6.0.623-MSWin32-x86-multi-thread.msi ) and trying some
comands
like:

Perl -h                       (enter)
Perl example.pl          (enter)

I got the following error window:

Any suggestions ?
