[mrtg] speedyCGI & 14all

I'm preparing to install speedyCGI to help make the creation of the CGI
pages a bit quicker. I installed it on a different machine and it works a
ton faster. However, I noted in the "Frequently Asked Qeustions" section of
the SpeedCGI readme a section that says:
 
Also, if you create global variables with "my", you shouldn't try to
reference those variables from within a subroutine - you should pass them
into the subroutine instead.
 
Not being a programmer, does or will this affect the addition of speedy into
the 14all scripts?
