[mrtg] Change ping to fping in mrtg-ping-probe

Has anyone had the broken ping problem with a Red Hat system?  Apparently
my system is suffering from this problem, but only recently showed it's ugly head.

In order to remedy this, I started testing fping, and was hoping someone could 
help with changing the mrtg-ping-probe program to use fping instead of ping.

I looked through the script, and I have some ideas, but I was hoping to get some
ideas from the mrtg community on this as well.

Any and all ideas are welcome.
