The flashing screens have the title "d:\mrtg-2.9.7\bin\rateup.exe"
is this can help u telling me the reason or how to illuminate it ???

Hmm, strange.  This should normally not happen.
Check /var/log/syslog to see if it contains any errors.
Perhaps you should update screens or change the environment it runs in.
