Hi, everybody!

	I was wondwering if someone could give me a hand...

	So here goes. I'm building a perl script that reads from a file the
interfaces that mrtg should monitor.

	(...)
		as-porto ; FastEthernet0       ; 10.1.1.10     ; 100	;
Mbps
		avbro01  ; FastEthernet0       ; 10.2.1.10     ; 100	;
Mbps
		avbro01  ; Serial1/0           ; 10.100.1.1    ; 512	;
kbps
		bvbro01  ; ATM6/0.1-aal5_layer ; 10.150.1.1    ; 5    ; Mbps
	(...)

	the perl script then reads each line of that file and builds
something like:

	(for the first line: as-porto ; FastEthernet0 ; 10.1.1.10 ; 100 ;
Mbps)

		Target[as-porto_FastEthernet0]:
\FastEthernet0:data-public at as-porto:
		Directory[as-porto_FastEthernet0]: as-porto
		Maxbytes[as-porto_FastEthernet0]: 12500000
		Title[as-porto_FastEthernet0]: FastEthernet0 -- as-porto
		PageTop[as-porto_FastEthernet0]: FastEthernet0 -- as-porto
		 <TABLE>
		   <TR><TD>System:</TD>     <TD>as-porto</TD></TR>
		   <TR><TD>ifName:</TD>     <TD>FastEthernet0</TD></TR>
		   <TR><TD>Max Speed:</TD>  <TD>100 Mbps</TD></TR>
		   <TR><TD>IP:</TD>         <TD>10.1.1.10</TD></TR>
		 </TABLE>

	Is this sufficient to run as .cfg file in mrtg ??? ... Don't I need
some kind of reference from the name of the interface to its number???

	Thanks!

	Jose Maria.
