[mrtg] weather station graphing inaccurate

Gents,
Via a set of weather gathering scripts I'm pulling out two variables,
ambient temperature and dew point:

[mrtg at vista mrtg]$ ./bin/weather-parse.pl
84
64

The updating scripts are pulling down fresh information, this has been
verified. What I'm at a loss for is the actual graphing. I have verified
that MRTG is in fact reading in the appropriate data, however it appears to
be graphing an average. I've written similar scripts to pluck out TCP
connections that work on the same principal of a gauge and constant data,
and have had no issues. So I'm at a loss. Here is the actual config
excerpt:

Target[KLAS]: `/usr/local/mrtg/bin/grabweather-rip.pl`
Options[KLAS]: gauge, nopercent, growright
MaxBytes[KLAS]: 200
XSize[KLAS]: 360
YSize[KLAS]: 75
Title[KLAS]: Las Vegas (KLAS) Weather
Pagetop[KLAS]: <H2>Las Vegas (KLAS) Weather</H2>
YLegend[KLAS]: temp (F)
ShortLegend[KLAS]: temp (F)
LegendI[KLAS]: Ambient Temp:
LegendO[KLAS]: Dew Point Temp:
Legend1[KLAS]: Ambient Temp
Legend2[KLAS]: Dew Point Temp

The graph I'm producing (http://vista/mrtg/weather/klas.html) does not
appear to graph the accurate current temp, but rather a byproduct. For
example, results of parsing the data gives 72 for ambient temperature and 66
for dew point temperature, however 43 and 39 are graphed as current.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated!

Cheers,
Jade
