Check out the Compaq Insight Manager MIBs (i.e. browse them), you will be
able to find the answer.

In the CPQHOST.MIB...

--         cpqHoCpuUtilTable           (1.3.6.1.4.1.232.11.2.3.1)

Do a walk on that table, but I think it is...

1.3.6.1.4.1.232.11.2.3.1.2.# - 1 minute % average
1.3.6.1.4.1.232.11.2.3.1.3.# - 5 minute % average
1.3.6.1.4.1.232.11.2.3.1.4.# - 30 minute % average
1.3.6.1.4.1.232.11.2.3.1.5.# - 60 minute % average

where # is the instance of CPU (for multi-processor systems)

KEEP IN MIND...
...that the Compaq Insight Manager Agents must be properly installed in
order to be able to successfully use these OIDs.
