[mrtg] Config Error

Does anyone know why MRTG chokes on my config?  This is the error I am
receiving:

C:\mrtg-2.9.17\bin>perl mrtg mrtgtest.cfg
ERROR: Line 11 (  WorkDir: C:\mrtgdata) in CFG file (mrtgtest.cfg)  does
not make sense


Here's the top of my config:
