You write that you have problems with the third item.   You are
multiplying by 300 (indicating that you think it is a counter) and
you are talking about bandwidth.  On the other hand, you are talking
about number of subscribers which whill be a gauge ?!?  So, what is
it ?  What's going wrong and for which target ?
