Is there any chance you can make the subject line a little more meaningful

Maybe the answer is staring you in the face...

SNMPGET Problem for g3n3s1s at bci
can't resolve "bci" to IP address

Can you "PING bci" from the MRTG box, if not then try changing "bci" in your
config to the actual IP address of the device.
