[mrtg] off subject - recurring e mails

There seems to be a few e mails that are stuck in a loop within the mrtg
mailing list, mine being one of them.
I haven't found any evidence in our exchange logs to indicate that we are
pushing it out over and over again.

wouldn't it be ironic if this e mail got stuck in a loop !?
