First of all, I'm assuming you mean RedHat 7.1 since 7.2 doesn't exist (If 
it does, where did you get it?).  On my redhat 7.0 box this is what I had 
for it:

# system load
Target[load]: 
1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.10.1.3.2&1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.10.1.3.2:public at localhost * 100
Options[load]: nopercent,growright,gauge,integer
Title[load]: System Load
PageTop[load]: <h1>System Load</h1>
MaxBytes[load]: 100
YLegend[load]: loadavg
ShortLegend[load]: %
LegendI[load]: &nbsp;Load:&nbsp;
LegendO[load]:
Legend1[load]: &nbsp;Load:&nbsp;

Note the target line is word wrapping on this email, you dont want it to do 
that in your mrtg.cfg, hope it works for ya.
