[mrtg] New features in Mr Daemon v1.8

Firstly I want to appologise to all non Windows users for this post :-)

New features in v1.8 are:

Added the ability to execute up to 10 scripts at the same time. very useful
for users with slow PCs
Or execute one script at a time with a specified gap between each one.

Also new in this version is a log file, it will store to a text file the
date and time when every command or batch file is executed.
