12.0.7T does not support sub-interfaces for ethernet-style interfaces.
Support was included in 12.1.3T and 12.1.5aE for ISL based sub-interfaces.
As of 12.2.2T there is still no support for 802.1Q sub-interfaces.

People with a Cisco  Smartnet contract can track the progress at
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/Bugtool/onebug.pl?bugid=CSCds00250 .
It is considered priority 2, so we may see it in the 12.2.4 release due out
in mid September, or 12.2.5 in November, or 12.2.6 in January.  Probably not
after 12.2.6 though...

If this is critical to you, please call your Cisco Account Representative,
refer to the bugid CSCds00250, and convince them why you will buy more
routers once it is fixed ;-)

Note that you can't use the CAR hack to work around this - see CSCdu16821.
