Support for ISL sub-interfaces was added in 12.1.3T and one of the E train
releases (12.1.6aE comes to mind, but don't quote me on that one.)
Support for 802.1Q sub-interfaces is still not provided, see CSCds00250 and
CSCdu16821. I'm hoping support will be in 12.2.2, but no guarantees.
