Here is a line that is quoted from that page...
"The first thing we do in setting up mrtg is by making a default config
file. Get to a cmd prompt and change to the c:\mrtg-2.9.17\bin directory."

I need to install the MRTG on my machine I got the latest version but when I
unzipped it I had a folder called mrtg-2.9.12a and it has many folders and
files in it and I didn't find the .EXE file to run it.

what can I do?
and please tell me from where can I get the PERL and how can I install it

please need help.
