Go to http://www.cisco.com/public/sw-center/netmgmt/cmtk/mibs.shtml.
Select "Catalyst 4000" under catalyst switches.  This will take you to a
page titled "Catalyst 4000 MIB Support List".  The C4006 is included.

For CPU: Try the CISCO-PROCESS-MIB.
