[mrtg] Switch descr fields

hello all,

have been using mrtg for a while but not on the switch side.
we are gonna start and was wondering if it is possible to
get the description filed for the switch into the cfg somehow.
i am using the --ifref=name option.  that is fine. put somewher
on the graph i would like it to say,
Traffic analysis for 5/7, link to xxxxx

link xxx being the description for the port you put into the switch.
any thoughts.
