I have been trying to debug some scripts that I am attempting to graph with
rrd. I decided to look at the data to see what I was getting. I followed
the instructions and used rrdtool with the "dump" and "fetch" options and
get stuff like this:

      993466800: 7.8389333333e+00 8.6850000000e-01
      993467100: 1.9619408562e+02 9.8201148272e-01
      993467400: 3.7447143813e+00 8.6082185061e-01
      993467700: 8.2088706667e+02 2.5486666667e+00
      993468000: 3.4889128889e+02 2.0600222222e+00

I should be getting small whole numbers in the 1-20 range. Anyone know the
meaning of the +02 -01 or why I get numbers with 10 decimal places and an
"e" on the end? The example in the rrdtutuorial shows output like this:

        920805300: 0.02
        920805600: 0.00
        920805900: 0.00
        920806200: 0.03
        920806500: 0.03
Is this some kind of scietific notation? It is supposed to be "human
readable", I guess I don't qualify.
