[mrtg] RSH and MRTG

This is a question no exactly about MRTG for a need use that for get data 
and graphing that with MRTG.

I trying to use rsh on windows 2000 o NT 4.0 for get data from a Router i 
configure de cisco router like rsh server, example:
ip rcmd rsh-enable
ip rcmd remote-host root x.x.x.x root enable

I copy this configuration from a script in MRTG for access-list, but when a 
execute the rsh on windows i have this error:
rsh can't connection

Anyone here are using rsh ??

Can you help me?
