[mrtg] some questions

Hello, I'm a french student i have some questions about mrtg

Which OIDs do i have to use to monitor the availability of a router 
Wellfleet (ppp), and cpu rate?

Can i measure the packet loss with ifInErrors,or do i have to use any 
others OID?

How can I get the average of the bandwith on 10 hours, by exemple, and not 
on 24 hours, with MRTG?

My questions may seem a little bit stupid, but I must learn very fastly, 
and i need somebody to help me.
