[mrtg] New FAQ items for beginners only

Folks,

Most people on the mailing list will know about SNMP.  Also, RRDtool
is discussed a lot so that may not be a riddle for you either.

Anyway, if you think it will be useful, visit the faq now and have
a look.  The main purpose of the two new entries is to enlighten
the newbies yet to subscribe but perhaps you can spot the errors
and notify me about those :)
