OK. I understand you. But the problem is that i don't get only 2 unknowns,
the MRTG don't work anymore.
Is there any possible fix to my problem ?

If the counters reset to zero, a counter wrap is detected by MRTG.
When the counter wraps, the value received is considered to be invalid.
As the rate in an interval is defined by both its startout value and
the end value, you should get two unknowns.

That is correct. Did you specify UnAsZero ?
