I looked through the .class files and all I am missing is the file
http://akbar.cc.utexas.edu/mrtg/mrtgbin.cgi
which gives permission denied of course
It basically turns a .log file into a binary stream (why, I don't know). 
But it is very necessary for the applet to work. If anyone can replicate 
what this .cgi does it would be really cool because that server looks abandoned
