[mrtg] cfgmaker does not find subinterfaces?

Hi,

I've built an MRTG system to graph many
interfaces. On some of the routers the
subinterfaces are not returned by cfgmaker.
Is this a known problem? Are there work arounds?
I've tried the different options and never
see these interfaces returned.
