Vasudev,
Anything that you can see with snmpget you will be able to graph with MRTG.
Try the -On option (prints the OID numerically) on your snmpget. maybe that
will help pinpoint your problem.
Try running snmpget using the numeric OIDs that you have on your MRTG
target. There seems to be a miss-match between the objects your
snmpget/snmpwalk queries and what is in the Target: defination.
