[mrtg] ignore first value?

Every once in a while, we end up with an impossibly huge spike (ie 80
Mbit/sec on a T1) in mrtg graphs. Any idea why? Could it be caused
by mrtg not being run for a few hours - the change between last value
and current value would be very high then...but I would've thought
the timestamp on the data would cause it to still be averaged in
correctly.

So... any common reason for values far out of range from time to
time? This has happened 2 times in the last 3 weeks.
