[mrtg] monitoring network performance

Hi,
I am new to the MRTG and must say that I was very impressed from the
information gathered and from this list.
I am trying for some time now to get network performance reports from the
MRTG and mostly because of my lack of MRTG knowledge I cant.
Does any of you have a script with step by step instruction regarding
latency (RTR) and my share it with me, I am using MRTG 2.9.10 running on NT
with active perl.
