[mrtg] get-active2.pl

I have converted the "get-active2.pl" perl script to NT.  I'm also planning
on making major modification to this perl script.  I want to be able to
display a Speedometer type graph and have the data I select drive
Speedometer Needle.  I have never in perl or anything else built a static
display and have no idea where to start.  Could someone provide a little
insight.
