Correction: For all of the below posted earlier, we are using
"1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.6.1&1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.6...." in the targets.
Thanks.
I have a Juniper M20 that I'm trying to read interface counters from.
I'm using the following targets:
Target[ungawa1]: 1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.6.1:foo at router::::1:2
Target[ungawa2]: 1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.6.2:foo at router::::1:2
Target[ungawa3]: 1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.6.3:foo at router::::1:2
Target[ungawa4]: 1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.6.4:foo at router::::1:2
Target[ungawa5]: 1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.6.5:foo at router::::1:2
Two of the first five interfaces on the router are up, so I should get a hit
from something, but they all return "no response" messages.
The M20 says its receiving the SNMP requests, and sending "no such name"
responses.
I am using MRTG 2.8.11 and ActiveState Perl ver. 5.005.03
The same system is getting all kinds of stuff for us from Cisco and Xedia
units, so its working fine.
What's the patch/upgrade/hack?
Thanks for reading
Vin
