This is not bug. When I have for example Cisco router and I haven't setuped
"bandwidth 64" on serial interface, I saw "Max Speed: 1544.0 kbits/s".
This is part of My config file:
MaxBytes[xxx.xxx.cz_Serial0]: 193000

You must correct router configuration or set MaxBytes for 8000 (* 8 = 64000bps)
