[mrtg] MRTG and mod_watch

Has anyone gotten mod_watch for apache to work with MRTg?

It seems like the log file that is kept does not have 4 valid
fields, only 3.

Also, I'm taking suggetsions for monitoring a box running ucd-snmp
(aka. net-snmp) for CPU and memory performance, etc.. by using
the MIBS included.
