[mrtg] rrdtool problems

Hello

I am having problems using RRDTool. For some reason, it is not using rrdtool 
and is still using rateup. I don't get any errors, and I can't find the RRd 
files. I have tried everything and don't know what else to do.

I am open to suggestions...They would be greatly appreciated
