How you could check SNMP on W2K server? Very easy :

Right-click on "My Computer" and choose "Manage".
In the tree, choose "Services and Applications"/Services.
Browse the services until SNMP, and double-click on it.
In the "Agent" Tab, choose all services (Physical, Applications...).
In the "security" Tab, Add your community name (you can remove public), and
choose "Accept SNMP packets from any host", or Accept packets from ... your
management station IP.

That's all!
