Just do some search in the help of Windows, or ask your system
administrator... I installed this service several months ago, so I don't
remember the exact procedure, but this is what the help said on it:

Installing a network service
The procedure below describes how to add a network service to your computer.

Open Network and Dial-up Connections in Control Panel. 
Click Local Area Connection, click the File menu, and then click Properties.

In the Local Area Connection Properties dialog box, click Install. 
In the Select Network Component Type dialog box, click Service, and then
click Add. 
In the Select Network Service dialog box, click the service you want to
install, and then click OK. 


By the way, I think you have to select "Have Disk" and insert the W2K CD,
because SNMP is on it...
