Can you be more specific about what you don't understand?  Are you looking
for an explanation of what the graphs represent, or the meaning of the
graphs in a philosophical sense?

Without more info like Daniel K suggested, all we can really tell you is
that generally OID2 is greater than OID1...assuming you have a 'default'
mrtg setup, this would mean traffic out is greater than traffic in.
