[mrtg] MRTG Graphs not working

I am new to MRTG. I have a few Riverstone SSRs (8600) routers that have
several HSSI interfaces we use for FR circuits. Many PVCs. Whenever I
attempt to graph a circuit on our side of the router, it holds a steady
line, as if it were not running. A coworker suggested it was the mrtg.ok
file, but I cannot find such a file anywhere on the server (Sun). Perhaps it
is the lack of the mrtg.ok file? I DO know that the interfaces are being
polled and have the correct syntax and community. I can also graph the far
end of the circuit with no problems. Any suggestions? TIA..
