Thanks Steve for helping me out on this.

As you know Guys, the MRTG - RRDtool  Log does not have the CF's   LAST and
MIN.
It only has the CF's MAX and Average.
Steve suggested using RRD-fetch.  There is an Example in the Source Contrib
directory called

rrdlastds.pl

Basically what it does is grab the average from the last one sec of the Log
data.
