cfgmaker will see all ports, however if a port is inactive at the time you
run cfgmaker, it will put it in the config, but it will be commented out.
At least thats what happens on 3com 3300's and 1100's I just uncommented the
lines and that way if someone plugs in a cable on those interfaces, it will
start charting.
