[mrtg] Mrtg rate.exe Dr watson error

  Hi, 
    Can some one help solving the Dr watson error which is appering after every 5 minutes when MRTG runs.

    Error :- 

    C:\MRTG-2.9.17\bin>perl mrtg util.cfg
    Daemonizing MRTG ...
    Do Not close this window. Or MRTG will die
    WARNING: rateup died from Signal 0
     with Exit Value 5 when doing router 'cpu'
     Signal was 0, Returncode was 5

    Problem :- MRTG graph is not getting updated, 0 value or  no data in cpu.log & cpu.old

    util.cfg :-

    Legend1[cpu]: cpu Utilization in % (Load)
    Legend2[cpu]: cpu Utilization in % (Load)
    Legend3[cpu]:
    Legend4[cpu]:
    LegendI[cpu]:
    LegendO[cpu]: &nbsp;Usage
    Options[cpu]: gauge

    Note:- nanka is my read community name & 10.1.200.75 is my target system ip 

    Workdir contain :- d:\inetpub\wwwroot\util 
    contain :- cpu.html, cpu-day, cpu-week, cpu-month, cpu-year & cpu.log, cpu.old

    cpu.old contain something like :-

    cpu.log contain something like:-

    Pls help in solving the problem.
