[mrtg] NetFlow on Cisco6509 with MSFC

Hi
   First of all let me thank all of you for helping me configuring MRTG .
I am using Cisco 4006 and Cisco6509 with MSFC .
I am successful in monitoring following :
1.Link utilization
2.Errors
3.CPU utilization .


I would like to get more details on traffic flowing through Cisco 6509
switch with MSFC .

If I use Flow Scan and enable NetFlow on MSFC ,what kind of details I can
get ?
Can someone help me in following :
1.How to configure NetFlow on Cisco6509 MSFC ?
  What impact it has on switch/network performance ?
2.How to integrate Flow Scan ?
