[mrtg] Problem changing the interval value

ver 2.9.17 on nt sp6

I am attempting to change the interval from the default 5 minutes to 1
minute but get an error stating must be 5 min

I am doing this as per one of the suggestions in the FAQ to overcome SNMPv1
limit of approx 14 megabytes http://faq.mrtg.org/FAQ004.html
