Should the interface definition for a full duplex Fast Ethernet
interface mirror that of a half duplex Fast Ethernet interface? If no
then what should a full duplex Fast Ethernet interface look like? How
would the definition for a full duplex interface differ from the
following example:

### Interface 2 >> Descr: 'FastEthernet0' | Name: 'Fa0' | Ip:
'10.89.10.1' | Eth: '00-06-d7-19-d0-ed' ###
