Ugh, you sure you want to do that?  If so, just put a Directory[ezwf]: 
tag on each port target configuration.  That would be the easiest 
way, although I can't see what you would do that in the first place.

I asked this once before when I setup MRTG on a W2k box.
But since then, I lost the email and that box crashed. :(

I now am running MRTG 2.9.17 on RedHat 7.2, and is working ALOT faster
than on W2k.

I nee dto now how to save the results in a different folder.
I am pulling the stats off a switch, and need to put the result into
sperate directories for each port.

Could someone send me an example of what this lin would look like to be
put into the .cfg file.
