[mrtg] Re: Sample time of MRTG

MRTG bases it's samples on 300 seconds.  If you want to sample 
any more often than that, you'll either need to modify the code or 
go to RRDTool.

Hi everybody,

I want to know the what the manner is that MRTG takes a sample of the
traffic (Kbps) in a network link
In my system, MRTG acts every 5 minutes but I want to know if the sample
time is about msec, seconds or arround a minute in order to obtain a better
traffic analysis.
